Pricing changes

Made some updates and clarifications to commission prices, particularly with regards to sequential artwork/comics.

Price list is also a little more simplified & hopefully more 'intuitive.'

Think I'm finally getting the hang of this html thing! (not really) Anyway just made some slight(ongoing) tweaks to the samples section & updated the link page with working link buttons to my other pages, go me! (pathetic...)
